  • Name: The name associated with your Apple ID (if you choose to share it).

  • Email Address: Your verified email address (or a relay email address if you choose Apple's "Hide My Email" feature).

 

We use this information solely to:

  • Create and manage your user account.

  • Authenticate your identity during login.

  • Ensure the app functions correctly across your devices.

 

2. Data Storage and Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect the limited information we receive. Since we do not collect browsing history, location data, or contact lists, the risk to your personal privacy is significantly reduced.

 

3. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Information is only shared in the following strictly limited circumstances:

  • Service Providers: We may use trusted third-party hosting or cloud services to maintain app functionality, provided they adhere to strict confidentiality agreements.

Because we rely on Apple for authentication, you have direct control over the information shared with us:

  • Hide My Email: You can use Apple’s feature to provide a unique, random email address that forwards to your personal account, keeping your real email private.

  • Account Deletion: You may stop using the service or revoke access to EZcals via your Apple ID settings at any time.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
